1st trip home for Kaylee Oct 30th- Nov 5th 2011

Kaylee and I went home for a week to be with family. It was a fun and eventful week. We stayed with Kat Kat and visited Uncle Johann ad Aunt Allison, Nana JO Jo and Papa Q, Uncle Jake, and Uncle Kaleb. We didn't do much but visit but it was nice to see everyone and spend time with family. It was fun for everyone to see how much Kaylee had changed in 10 weeks.

First Airplane Ride

On October 29th, 2011 you went on your first airplane ride to MN! You were such a good baby and slept the whole way! Everyone kept stopping mommy in the airport to tell me how beautiful you are and they are right. You had so much fun and on the way home you acted like, NO big deal I have done this before and slept all the way home:)

Father and Daughter

I grew up with an amazing daddy and having him in my life help to shape who I am today. When I met Kenny and we decided to get married I always told him that I couldn't wait for the day when we had a baby girl so he could really understand the connection between my daddy and I. Well I must say that watching Kenny fall in love with Kaylee is MORE than I could of ever dreamed for, the way he smiles when he looks at her is that same sweet smile I would catch on my dad's face while looking at me. I am beyond excited to watch their relationship grow into something designed by God over the next years of Kaylee's life:)

kaylee 2 months old! October 20th, 2011

Happy 2 months baby girl! You have made me the happiest mommy in the world. You have been a very busy little girl, growing, eating and playing all day. You had some fun things happen this month like having Grandma Kat Kat, Nana Jo and Papa Q visit as well as Auntie Ju Ju and Aunt Tam. They came up to see you and spent 5 days with us.
You have grown so much since last month not just in size but in personality as well. You LOVE to smile and do all day long, especially in the morning time when we sing our Rise and Shine song together. You LOVE to read stories with mom at bedtime, especially our bible stories. We count the animals and learn all about Jesus, you love to sit in the rocker with mom while she reads to you. You also LOVE bathtime! You always get so excited and kick your feet while in tub along with lots of giggles and cooing. I think you will LOVE the water like Grandpa John. You are in a good routine now of eating, playing and sleeping and even sleep through the night in your own room! You are such a big girl:) I can't believe how big you seem to me already and I continue to enjoy each day with you.

One Month Old Septemeber 20th 2011

You are one month old today! I can't believe how much bigger you seem to me.. you weigh about 8lbs now and feel like a baby more than a newborn. You love to smile and always "coo" back when mommy and daddy talk to you. You are such a happy baby and everyone that sees you says you are so sweet. You have such a kind personality and love being around people.
